Behind Every Home We Build

From the very beginning, every Easton home has been built with one purpose: to create a joyful and comfortable living experience for every eastonfam. We believe that the warmth and happiness of a home come not only from the memories made inside it, but also from the thoughtful planning and quality behind every detail. Over the years, we have built homes for eastonfam across South Tangerang, Jakarta, and Palembang while continuously learning from every project and the families who live in them.

Starting in 2024, we brought together these valuable learnings through our Building Quality Improvement Initiative. By listening to eastonfam and learning from our completed projects, we found ways to make our homes better and everyday living more comfortable. From planning and construction to handover, every detail is carefully considered to create homes that are built to last, thoughtfully designed, and ready to support a better living experience for years to come.

Thought Through Every Step

The improvements we make are reflected in how every Easton home is planned, inspected, and prepared before handover.

1. Detailed Planning

Every home begins with complete drawings and systems planned from the start.

2. Continuous Quality Checks

Regular inspections help maintain quality throughout every stage of construction.

3. Ready for Handover

Final checks and preparations are completed before every home is handed over to eastonfam.

Soil Test

A lasting home starts long before the walls are built. That's why, in every Easton project, we begin with a soil test to better understand the land and choose the right foundation for the site.

By taking this important first step, we help ensure that every home is built on a strong and stable foundation for the years ahead.

Precast Mini Pile

With the right foundation plan in place, the next step is building strength from the ground up. In Easton projects, Precast Mini Piles are used to help support the home on more stable soil layers beneath the surface.

Because they are produced before installation, their quality can be more consistently maintained, helping create a strong and dependable foundation for everyday living.

Ready Mix Structural Concrete

Consistency plays an important role in building homes that remain strong and reliable over time. To help ensure consistent quality throughout the construction process, we use Ready Mix Structural Concrete that is produced according to established standards before arriving on site.

For Easton homes, K-225 concrete is used as part of our structural system to support a home that stays strong and dependable for years to come.

Durable Roofing System

A well-designed roofing system plays an important role in protecting a home through changing weather conditions. Across our recent projects, we have placed greater focus on improving roof quality and durability by selecting materials suited to each building's needs.

Bitumen roof tiles are used for homes to support long-term performance across the roof system. As we continue to learn and improve, we remain open to exploring materials that may better suit future projects.

Well-Built Openings

Windows and doors play an important role in keeping a home comfortable and protected through changing weather conditions.

That's why, in our recent projects, we have upgraded to UPVC (Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) frames, which are known for their resistance to moisture, weather exposure, and corrosion.

Their tightly sealed design helps reduce the intrusion of rainwater, dust, and outside noise, creating a quieter and more comfortable living environment for eastonfam every day.

Anti Termite Protection

Not every risk to a home is visible from the start. Over time, termites can affect certain parts of a building and lead to costly repairs if left untreated.

With long-term durability in mind, Easton homes receive Anti-Termite Protection to help safeguard the structure from potential termite damage and support a stronger home for years to come.

Waterproofing Protection

Some areas of a home are more exposed to rain and moisture than others. With long-term durability in mind, we apply Waterproofing Protection to roof decks and other designated areas of the home that require additional protection.

This helps reduce the risk of water penetration and keeps these spaces in good condition for years to come.

Dedicated Storage Spaces

A comfortable home starts with thoughtful space planning. In our Easton homes, we pay close attention to creating dedicated storage areas that help keep everyday items organized and out of sight, allowing living spaces to feel more open and comfortable.

Even underutilized areas, such as the space beneath the stairs, are thoughtfully designed to provide additional storage while blending naturally into the overall design of the home.

Integrated Planter & Bin Area

Thoughtful details can make a big difference in everyday living. At Easton homes, we provide designated areas for greenery and waste bins to help keep outdoor spaces neat, organized, and easy to maintain.

By giving these everyday necessities their own place, practical functions can blend naturally into the home's facade while contributing to a cleaner and more pleasant environment.

Services Access

Some parts of a home need regular maintenance to keep them working well. To help create a better living experience in Easton homes, access to roof decks and utility areas is thoughtfully planned from the beginning.

This makes it easier to check and maintain features such as outdoor AC units, water tanks, and pumps whenever needed, helping homeowners take care of their homes more conveniently.

Shower Glass Partition

A comfortable bathroom starts with thoughtful design. By separating wet and dry areas, the space can feel cleaner, more organized, and more enjoyable to use every day.

With a glass shower partition included in Easton homes, eastonfam doesn't have to worry about water splashing across the bathroom after every shower. By helping keep water within the shower area, the bathroom stays drier, easier to clean, and more comfortable for everyday use.

Thoughtful living often comes down to the details that support everyday routines. In Easton homes, utility points such as lighting, power sockets, and water connections are carefully planned from the beginning, with their placement and quantity considered based on the essential activities within each space.

By aligning these utilities with how rooms are used, we help create a home that feels more practical, functional, and comfortable for everyday living.

Child-Safe Window Design

In Easton homes, window placement is thoughtfully considered with safety in mind, especially for children.

By following appropriate standards for window height and positioning, we aim to help reduce potential risks while creating a home that feels comfortable and secure for the whole family.

Safe Stair Design

As one of the most frequently used areas in a multi-storey home, stairs in Easton homes are carefully designed with comfort, safety, and aesthetics in mind. From the height of each step, designed for easy movement. The depth of each tread, ensuring stable footing. The stair edges, finished to reduce slips and impact. And the railings, set at an ergonomic height for secure support.

Every detail works together to ensure safe, comfortable movement while maintaining a clean and harmonious design.

Thoughtful Room Dimensions

Every room in Easton homes is thoughtfully sized to support comfort, functionality, and everyday living. From bedrooms and living areas to dining spaces, room dimensions are carefully planned to accommodate essential furniture while maintaining comfortable circulation throughout the home.

The proportions are designed to work well with common furniture sizes available on the market, making it easier for eastonfam to furnish their spaces while creating rooms that feel practical and enjoyable to use every day.

Efficient Space Planning

At Easton, we believe every space should serve a purpose. That's why each home is thoughtfully planned to optimize every corner, group related functions together, and minimize unused space, creating a home that feels efficient, comfortable, and easy to live in.

For example, living, dining, kitchen, and service areas are carefully positioned within the same zone to support smoother daily routines and more efficient circulation, while maximizing every square meter of the home.

This essential system works quietly in the background to support a more comfortable living experience.

Booster Pump

A home feels more comfortable when everyday routines can happen smoothly, even when everyone is using water at the same time. To support this, a booster pump is included as part of the Easton home's water system, helping deliver stronger and more evenly distributed water pressure throughout the home.

This allows eastonfam to enjoy a more comfortable experience across different water points, whenever they need it.

Pre-installed AC Line

To make future air conditioner installation easier, AC utility lines are already prepared during construction in Easton homes.

This means eastonfam can avoid extra work and additional costs for piping, wall modifications, and finishing work later on, allowing installations to be carried out more neatly with minimal disruption to the home.

Pre-installed Water Heater Line

For eastonfam who may want to install a water heater in the future, there's no need to worry. The necessary utility lines are already prepared during construction, making it easier to add a hot water system whenever needed.

With everything planned from the beginning, installation can be carried out more smoothly and conveniently

Everyday comfort is often shaped by the details working quietly in the background. To support a more convenient and secure living experience, smart home and safety features are thoughtfully integrated into Easton homes, including Smart Door Locks, CCTV, Smoke Detectors, and IR Remote systems.

Together, these features help homeowners enjoy greater ease, connectivity, and peace of mind in their daily lives.
